Getting Keyword ideas
Using the keyword research tool, enter the keywords for the particular niche you are interested in. iSpionage keyword engine will generate a list of related keywords based on average monthly search volume. You can simply add the keywords into the “keyword bag” to house all the keywords for use later. So for example, I am looking for keywords in the “Personal Injury Lawyer” space. When I enter the keyword into the keyword tool, it generated a list of 399 related keywords.  Below is a screen shot of the results.

Looking up Competitors Keywords
To look up your competitors keywords you can either enter the competitor’s URL in the search bar or select from the list of competitors when you click on the competitors tab. You can see from the above screen shot that there are 594 competitors that are also bidding on the keyword “personal injury lawyer”. Clicking on the tab and it will list all the competitors and their paid search keywords. With a couple of clicks you can add all their paid keywords and relevant keywords from the website to the keyword bag expanding your keyword list substantially. You can see from the screen shot that I have expanded the keyword list to 1235 keywords with just a few clicks.

Looking at the list above you can see I have created a wide list of 1235 keywords within a very short time by first entering a root keyword and have iSpionage keyword engine provide me with a list of highly related keywords. Next, I gathered more keywords by looking up competitor’s paid keywords via URL and relevant keywords from their website. Now that we have a pretty extensive list of keywords in the personal injury lawyer space, the next step we need to do is to trim down the list to create highly targeted ad groups for the personal injury lawyer space.
