iSpionage offers a 30 day risk-free subscription to users of iSpionage paid products BEYOND any free trial period. Should the subscriber want to cancel their account, the pay account users must cancel their account via email, fax or certified mail within the first 30 days of paid subscription service to ensure a full refund.

This offer is a one-time offer per subscriber. iSpionage reserves the right to bill the customer and/or suspend their account(s) if it suspects that the user/subscriber has in the past or is currently operating multiple accounts.

iSpionage also offers a 30 day free trial for the free trial product. The free trial subscription offer is a one-time offer per subscriber. iSpionage reserves the right to bill the customer and suspend their account(s) if it is suspected that the user has operated multiple accounts.

Billing cycle end dates may change from time to time, subscriptions are generally renewed on a 30 to 31 day cycle. When a billing cycle covers less than or more than a full month, we may make reasonable adjustments

iSpionage commits to initiate the refund process within 48 hours of your cancellation request. All refunds will be issued against the original form of payment.
